What to do if your payment fails

If you’ve tried to purchase but not been able to complete the payment, there a few things you could check.

1. Double-check your details and try again

When registering you’ll need to put the name of the person that owns the card or PayPal account being used.

You should also make sure the address matches the address registered to your card.

This is so that your bank understands it’s actually you purchasing.

People often get the CVC code part wrong when enrolling:

The CVC or CCV number is usually found on the back of your card.

2. Check your bank

Sometimes you might find that you have enough money in your bank, but some of it is temporarily held by the bank due to another pending payment from elsewhere (perhaps a monthly phone bill or something similar). Alternatively, banks might block the payment from their side – this can be more common if you rarely purchase things online.

You would want to first call your bank and check if they can resolve the issue from their side.

3. Try a different checkout option

If your details are correct, and you have funds available, but still can’t purchase, then you could try the PayPal option. PayPal accepts a wider range of banks, and could help to make the payment go through more smoothly.

To do this, you can select the PayPal option at the checkout and then go through to the secure payment page. This will let you purchase without needing to register for a PayPal account.

If you’d like to try enrolling again you can use the button here:

Please feel free to get in touch if you’ve tried these steps but are still having difficulties.

What if these options don’t help?

If the options above don’t help, you could try an alternative payment option. Make your selection below and we’ll provide a direct link for you to enroll with:
