Springfield School is seeking an experienced and committed educational leader to serve as Educational Leader (Grades 7–12).

Position: Educational Leader
Student ages: Grades 7–12
Intended start date: August 2026
Key responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for the Secondary School (Grades 7–12)
- Support and develop teachers to achieve high academic standards
- Oversee curriculum implementation and student progress
- Foster a positive learning culture
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to strengthen the school’s mission and vision

Requirements
- Master’s degree (minimum) in Education or a related field
- Proven leadership experience in a secondary school (Grades 7–12)
- Strong experience with the Cambridge curriculum (preferred)
- Experience with IB programmes considered an advantage
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Native-level English speaker
