About the positions

• 📍 Location: Uzbekistan (nationwide placements)
• 🏫 Institution Type: Public Schools (Grades 8–11)
• 🎓 Position Title: English Language Teaching Specialist
• 💼 Job type: Classroom based job
• 👧 Student ages: 11-18
• 📄 Contract: Full-time, annual renewable

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking candidates with:

• ✅ Expertise in ELT pedagogy and SLA research
• ✅ Strong intercultural awareness and learner-centered teaching approaches
• ✅ Proven skills in lesson planning and instructional design
• ✅ Ability to effectively use a range of teaching materials, including digital tools
• ✅ Experience teaching all four language skills in an integrated, communicative way

World TESOL Academy’s 120-hour TESOL/TEFL course has been approved by the ministry in Uzbekistan for use with these positions.
