If you make it through this step, Paper Airplanes will send you a conditional acceptance email with links to a self-paced online tutor training module, which will help you prepare for the practicum. You must complete this training to get matched with a student.
Make sure to check your inbox and spam/junk folders over the next two weeks for any emails.
Getting your student and securing your practicum seat.
After completing the tutor training, Paper Airplanes will send you a welcome email, which will contain your Tutor ID and details about the student you have been matched with.
Make sure to bookmark the website URL linked above. This is the practicum portal, where you’ll find information about the timeline, frequently asked questions, and instructions for your final assignment.
Only teachers who have completed the full semester and submitted their final assignment will be eligible to receive their practicum certificate.
