About the position:

• Location: Hangzhou — China
• Start date: 03/02/2026
• Workdays: 5 days/week (Monday to Friday)
• Student Age: 3–6 years old
• Classroom Size: 20–26 students
• Working Time: 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM; 14:30 PM – 17:40 PM (Advance notice for lunch-break activities, staff meetings, or English-themed events)
• Subject: Kindergarten integrated teaching (language, art, games, etc.)

Key responsibilities as home room teacher:

• Manage daily classroom routines, monitor student safety and well-being, and establish a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Deliver engaging kindergarten lessons: Design age-appropriate activities (English language, art, music, games, etc.) to foster children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Collaborate with co-teachers: Plan weekly lessons, coordinate classroom resources, and participate in curriculum optimization and school-wide events.
• Lead club classes (optional): Earn extra income by facilitating specialized club activities (e.g., English drama, art, sports) based on expertise.

Compensation & benefits:

• Monthly Salary: 14,000–16,000 RMB pre-tax (inclusive) + 2,000–3,000 RMB extra for club classes
• Paid Holidays: Fully paid Chinese official holidays

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Early Childhood Education major preferred)
• 2+ years of full-time kindergarten teaching experience
• Proactive, sincere (with a caregiver mindset), and strong willingness to collaborate
• Proficient English communication skills (non-native speakers)
