Global-ERS – Teach English in Mexico
Global-ERS is hiring English language teachers for their different language school branches in Mexico – Mexico City, Puebla, and Queretaro.

Position:
- Start date: All year round
- Location: Mexico – Mexico City, Puebla, and Queretaro.
- Position: English teacher for beginner-advanced level children-adults
- Contract length: One year (calendar) with the possibility of extensión.

For the benefit of the schools and the candidate, before the candidate arrives in Mexico they provide him/her with an information packet that contains the following:
- A complete profile of the school, including the names of the directors and key personnel.
- Information regarding the country, state, and city of destination.
- Information regarding the language.
- Cultural norms and what will be expected of them.
- School contact information (e-mail addresses, websites, phone numbers, etc.).
- Feedback from teachers who have been previously placed at the same school.
Global-ERS also visits the schools and teachers to perform evaluations, receive feedback from both the school and the teacher in each case, and assist the institution with other aspects, including resume evaluation, exchanges, human resource planning for the upcoming term, etc. For this reason, they stay in contact throughout the year with both the school directors as well as the teachers to ensure that the experience has been satisfactory and successful for all involved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- TEFL or TESOL or CELTA or equivalent
- Native English teacher
- Formal teaching experience
- Valid Passport
Recruitment Process:
At Global-ERS they follow a meticulous procedure for selecting and placing personnel. They focus on the specific needs of each institution in order to place a person who will be compatible with the institution as well as the position and the location.
Recruitment process steps:
- The candidates are thoroughly screened, verified, and interviewed.
- The institutions are presented with complete information on the candidates so that they can make the best choice.
- The candidates are provided with complete information concerning the positions and the institutions that are interested in them.
- Follow-up is provided once the teachers have arrived at the corresponding location.
- Assistance is provided to both the schools and the teachers placed therein for the duration of the contract.
All Global-ERS candidates are selected based on the following criteria:
- Thoroughly qualified professionals.
- Personal, academic, and professional references are completely verified.
- Background check to verify a lack of criminal record.
- Medical report.
- Application duly filled out.
- International experience.
- Evaluations.
- Valid passport and travel documents.
- Telephone and/or in-person interviews.
Besides compiling the data mentioned above, they maintain constant contact with the candidates. Once a candidate is ready and the documentation is complete and verified, they provide follow-up with the receiving institution to ensure that the transition, relocation, and placement have been handled with the utmost efficiency and professionalism.
