Heart Corporation has been providing ALTs (Assistant Language Teachers) to Japanese schools for over 30 years.

They are now looking for more qualified English teachers.

About the position:

Location: Kanto area – Japan

Job type: Classroom-based job

Age range of the students: 9~15

Intended start date: July 4th, 2025

Benefits:

• Salary: 220,000 to 260,000 yen/month

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Any field)
• No visible tattoos
• Proficiency in English both written and spoken is required in this role.
• Passion for Teaching: Enthusiastic about working with kids and teens.
• TEFL/TESOL Certification: A plus, not required.
• Adaptability: Comfortable adjusting to new cultures and work settings.
• Communication Skills: Good at interacting with students and colleagues.
• Organizational Skills: Able to plan and conduct engaging lessons.
• Team Player: Ready to work with Japanese teachers and staff.
